I intuitively knew this as a very little kid. One of my VERY FIRST memories is of standing in a big ole baptist church singing This Little Light of Mine! At a women’s circle not too long ago, someone was doing a reading for me. She said, I’m not really religious and I don't ever talk like this, but I keep hearing “don’t hide it under a bushel.” She was talking about my light. In this same circle, I was seen as having the Girl Child archetype. For some reason, I felt less than about this. But now, as Buddy the Elf would say, “it’s my favorite.” I freaking love that (when I allow myself to) I can see the world through the eyes of childlike wonder and love nothing more than discovering new things and diving into the world of play.

My unique transformational coaching programs are a custom blend of my background as certified speech-language pathologist (CCC-SLP), yoga teacher (RYT-200), rapid transformational therapy practitioner (RTT), reiki practitioner, spiritual coach as well as a mindfulness, metaphysics,breathwork and intuitive painting enthusiast. I celebrate over 25 years experience in the human services and healing field.

My unique programs have evolved from years of working with individuals with special needs and their families, mentoring children and teens, teaching and inspiring through the healing arts. Additionally, I have successfully transformed the lives of snorers, tooth grinders, and mouth breathers and individuals with pseudodysphagia (fear of choking/fear of swallowing) have developed a mind body healing solution called transformational tongue yoga.
